If the wrong service has been charted or an incorrect tooth selected this can be removed from the charting.

• Removing/voiding charting
• View voided charting
• Unvoiding voided treatment

Removing/voiding charting

1. Open the patients history.
   
2. Highlight the charting to be removed then click Void.
3. Confirm the information in the prompt is correct by selecting Yes.
   

View voided charting

To view any voided charting,

1. Open the patients history.
2. Tick the box to Show Void.
   

Unvoiding voided treatment

To unvoid some voided treatment,

1. Open the patients history.
2. Tick the box to Show Void.
3. Select the voided charting to re-chart.
   All voided charting will appear with a red circle with a diagonal line through it.
4. Select Yes to confirm.
