List items (reporting)
For lists of certain information in EXACT, list items is perfect, providing easily navigational lists of information to search, print and examine.
To access this area of EXACT,
- Select Transactions - List Items.
- A list of all the available lists will be available to select from on screen.
The lists are displayed in date order, by clicking the Date column header, this can either be ascending or descending order.
Entering a date in the Date field (if available) will highlight the earliest item with the entered date, allowing you to search for information on a specific date.
Most of the list options will allow you to double-click or highlight a row then click i in the lower right of the screen, to view further information about this item.
Extracting information from lists
Some of the lists, have the option to print the list, this option will often allow you to also preview, email and export the lists. You can find this option in the bottom right of the screen, you might find there are two, one for printing the highlighted selection with a second for printing everything.
When you have selected a print option, further options will become available, select those you wish, including date ranges, user, provider and/or patient information.
Choose if you wish to Print, Preview, Email or Export (often into an Excel document) the list.
