With the HICAPS Trinity Terminal rollout well underway, we’d love to make the integration process easier for you.
Instead of phoning support, one of our friendly agents can quickly connect to your computer remotely and assist with any HICAPS enquiries.
Once logged in, an EXACT support team member will start a chat with you to assist with any HICAPS queries. For example, you can use this service if you’re experiencing issues with your already connected HICAPS terminal.
Starting a remote chat
- Visit remote.soeidental.com using a computer that has EXACT installed and click on ‘HSO HICAPS Integration’.
- An EXACT support team member will then connect to your system and complete the HICAPS integration for you. This should take around 15 minutes to complete.
- Once your setup has been successfully completed, we’ll leave a confirmation message on your screen after which you can use your computer again.
