Re-Transmitting Claims
- Go to your NHS workspace icon then select Claims Bundles.
- Locate any claims bundles with the date 21/05/2024.
- It is advised to print a copy of the bundle for future reference, you can do this by using the Print the Selected Claim button along the bottom of the window, printing to PDF will create this on your computer and save you paper. This printout can then be used to confirm all claims have been added to subsequent Claims Bundles.
- You can now select the Delete the Selected Claim button.
- Go to your NHS workspace icon then select Transmit Claims.
- Select Claim to bundle any open claims.
- Then Transmit Claims to send them to the NHS.
