Viewing and refreshing Patient Lists
Patient List Searches that have been run will appear on the main screen when you open Patient Lists, you can view any existing list as well as refresh a list if you wish to update the results.
Refresh a Patient List
If a list is visible on your main Patients Lists window, you may wish to run the list without creating a new search. To refresh an existing list from your main Patient Lists window,
- Go to Administration - Patient Lists.
- Select the list you wish to view then click Refresh List.
- Confirm the prompt then make any alterations to conditions as required, click Finish when complete.
- Enter a New List Name to help differentiate this list from the original then Create List.
- The results will be displayed with the list available from the main window.
Viewing an existing Patient List
- Go to Administration - Patient Lists.
- Select the list you wish to view then click Open List
or Double-click the list you want to open.
Tip: If your list is not present then it could be because its been marked as completed. If you tick the Show Completed option in the bottom left this will show all lists created. |
Information about a Patient List
When a Patient List search has been performed, the list is saved to the main Patient List window, you can view more information without running the list again, to do this follow the steps below.
- With Patient Lists open, locate the list you wish to examine further.
- Right-click or highlight the row in question.
- Select More Information from the drop-down menu or click the i in the lower right.
- This will open the Information window, this will display the following information,
- The Date and Time the list was run
- The list Name, you can also edit the name by typing in the name field
- The total number of Patients Found
- Appointment booking option, including the ability to alter this setting
- A list of all the conditions added to the search shown next to Search Used
