Clinipad NHS incomplete HS45PRs

It is possible to view all course of treatment where an HS45PR part 1 was completed (digitally via Clinipad) without a part 2 being complete through the NHS features in EXACT.

Viewing incomplete HS45PRs

1. Navigate to Administration - NHS - Incomplete HS45PRs.
   
2. This opens the Incomplete HS45prs list.
   

Completing incomplete HS45PRs

To sign part 2 of the HS45PR after the treatment is finished:

1. Click on Patient Transactions (£), highlight the NHS invoice for that COT and click the HS45 button.
   

2. On Chart click History button (H), highlight one of the treatments in that COT and click on the HS45 button.
   
3. In the NHS HS45 window click on the HS45 tab where you can then choose to view Part 1 and have the option to send part 2 of the treatment by clicking Sign HS45PR (Final).
