User security is set when the user is first created but it's possible the security group of a user will need to be changed.
To change a users security group go to Configure->User Settings
In User Settings select the user you wish to edit by clicking on the Select a User button.
Select a user from the list, this will load their user profile, next to Security Group you can view all available Security Groups.
Once in the View Security Groups window select the required security group and click OK. If there is not a group that matches the security level you would like a user to have, you can Create a Security Group.
Please Note: EXACT Users ticked as “Administrator” in Configure, User settings have full access to EXACT and are not restricted by any security settings even if included in a security group.
Once you have changed the setting as desired, remember to save your changes.
