Some patients may not want to receive Reputation Manager feedback surveys, these patients can be opted out of these surveys.
To opt a patient out open up their patient file and go to the Details Tab. Click on the Preferences button
Under Reputation survey emails mark the patient with an X. This will stop them from receiving future feedback survey emails.
If it is ticked or unmarked then reputation surveys will be sent to those patients.
Once they have been marked click Ok.
