Adding and removing Appointment Book provider columns
Adding or Removing providers or changing the order of the columns on the Appointment Book Diary takes only a few clicks.
- Click on the spanner button in the top right corner of the appointment book you wish to add or remove a column to (bottom right on older versions).
- Select Add or remove provider columns or Make changes to this appointment book on older versions, click Next until you reach the screen below.
- Double click providers on the left-hand column.
- Select either Wide (recommended) or Narrow Column, the provider will be added to the right-hand column and the appointment book.
- Use the up and down arrows to change the order of the columns.
Tip: The provider at the top of the right-hand column will appear at the left of the appointment book so top to bottom displays as left to right. - Right-click providers on the right-hand column and select Remove to remove columns.
- Click Finish when done. Other users will need to log out and back into EXACT to refresh the changes.
