Viewing and Actioning Tasks

To check what tasks have been set for you and how to action them you must first navigate to the task section by going to Administration->Tasks->Tasks…

On the To Do this will show all the tasks you need to action. By default it will just show the outstanding tasks but you can tick the ‘show completed’ box to show all of your tasks. The ones in grey text are completed and black text for outstanding

Double click on a task to bring up more information.

From here you can add more details of what you have done to the task

If completed click the ‘Complete and Close’ option

If you are using the workspace item it will show how many Tasks are outstanding for you
