Some items of treatment with default SNOMED codes attached could re-appear on a patients chart showing as completed treatment if they had previously been charged and then resubmitted before being deleted.

Patient Experience: Fixed an issue where Health Screening icon were not being displayed if triggered via Automatic Appointment Reminders.

NHS England, Wales and Isle of Man: EXACT will now automatically roll over your regular NHS contracts 30 days ahead of their expiry date ready for the next year. You can manage which contracts are automatically rolled over by ticking or unticking the “Contract Rolls Over” checkbox on the Edit Contract window accessed from the File, NHS Contracts menu.

An issue with the services has been fixed that could cause some features in Exact to stop responding correctly. Affected services could include the appointment reminders, portal forms or online appointments not updating or the presentation manager not working.

FP17PR forms that patients have not completed correctly on the Patient Portal will now be saved in the Contacts tab. Invalid NHS forms will not change the colour of the Portal Forms icon to green on the Arrivals tab of the Appointment Book. Invalid NHS forms will not be able to link with Course of Treatments.

NHS Scotland and Northern Ireland: NHS fee updates will now be downloaded and imported automatically when the next fee file update occurs, preventing users from needing to do this themselves in future.

NHS England, Wales and Isle of Man: Added new Clinical Data Set categories & services when completing NHS treatment. The new Clinical Data Set categories will automatically appear after the 1st of December 2021.

NHS Wales and Isle of Man: Added functionality to record how many aerosol generating procedure (AGP) appointments are done per course of treatment.

NHS Claiming: AGP appointment count will now be added to claims for Wales and IOM for courses of treatment started on or after 01/12/2021.

An AGP check box has been added to the edit service item window to allow practices to configure which services are counted towards the AGP total.

The TC dialog shows the AGP count so that users can confirm it is correct before sending the claim.

NHS Scotland - new under 26 exemption has been introduced. This exemption will be available from the 24th August 2021. This has resulted in form updates. Due to paper GP17 claim forms no longer being supported by the SNHS for several years, a new version has not been made available. We have therefore had to remove the view of the old form in EXACT as a result of this change. Please note the majority of the data previously displayed on the form is already visible on the TC dialog in EXACT, and this change has not affected any GP17PR functionality.

Fixed a problem that could cause incoming SMS replies to fail to match to a patient's mobile number.

A warning will now be shown if a mobile number cannot be converted to the correct format (E164) when adding/editing a patient's mobile field. This check is on by default but can be turned off in the Patient File. If mobile phone is marked as a mandatory field, it will also check and warn about existing numbers that are not in the correct format when saving.

NLD Evolution: Patient’s email and home or mobile phone number are now prevented from appearing in MZ301 claim files if the Clearing house to send paper invoices to patient checkbox is ticked in the patient’s file (Jira EX-61414).

Clinipad: The patient demographics form has been re-arranged to cut down on the number of requests for help to reception when patients have to fill it in. The Medicare field has been moved down and a label added to indicate that it and the work information fields are optional.

NLD Evolution: Evolution will now warn users when creating COTs that will result in non-compliant claim files for Vecozo (Jira EX-61207).

Users can now choose to include email signatures in replies and forwards. This email signature option can be accessed from the Configure, Automatic Appointment Reminders wizard in EXACT (Jira EX-59902).

Relay Service reliability improvements: The relay service can now handle requests from other service more quickly and efficiently so that it doesn’t get overloaded and crash. This in turn makes all the services more reliable.

Fix for emails sometimes sending multiple times. Sometime on slow connections the email would time out in such a way that the retry limit was bypassed, Emails should now try a maximum of 3 times after which no further attempts will be made (Jira EX-61029).

X-Ray Audit Report Performance Improvement. The Xray audit report has been sped up by approximately 4-6 times. It has also been decked out with some progress bars so that you can see what stage it is up to. (Jira EX-54935).

The X-Ray Audit Report now allows for grades of A nd N to be correctly classified. Grade A stays in column 1 and N is added to column 3 allowing the report to remain backwards compatible with older data. The report now also shows Exposure information in the details section if this was captured. (Jira EX-60842).
