When hovering over an appointment the tooltips pop up is not appearing

  1. Log out and back in to EXACT
  2. you cna also check Configure, Settings (admin permissions required) and then look for setting appointment.preview.filter (possibly appointment.fipreview.filter in some versions)
    Check that the value is 1 for all/affected users.
