This is usually due to an appointment being booked in at midnight in error:
- Go to the date you are trying to print the daylist for. Scroll up to the very top of the day 12:00 am.
- Move the appointment at 12:00am to the clipboard and place it on the appointment book in the correct place or delete the appointment if not needed.
- Re-run/Print the daylist and see if this is now ok.
If that hasn't worked, check every block for affected providers and make sure that none of the block names are the same as built in rota words such as. "Day Start", "Day End", "Break", & "Lunch".
if you spot Blocks (usually dark grey) with these names, delete them and use unique words for blocks going forward (that aren't already used naturally by the rota, the light grey rota blocks) for non working times.
