Blank screen when trying to contact SOE Connect
Solution 1
Log out of EXACT and back in as a SOEConnect registered user. If the user you are logged in as is SOEConnect registered but the above shows this suggests that the users session has expired. When logging into EXACT your session has 12 hours. If you leave your user logged into EXACT over night the following day as you have exceeded this 12 hour session the above blank screen will be shown.
Solution 2
Go to the following webaddress on Google Chrome, Edge or Internet Explorer.
https://PracticeID.soeconnect.net (replace PracticeID with your practices unique Practice ID)
If it fails to connect, your IT will need to help gain access. (i.e by Whitelisting soeconnect.net)
