Lock EXACT Automatically

It is possible to set EXACT to lock itself automatically after being left idle for a set amount of time.

To do so, please follow the guide below.

Go to Configure > User Settings
At the bottom of the screen you will see written in bold letters Security Lockout
In the box next to 'inactivity period' type in after how many minutes you would like Exact to lock
Click Save (disk icon at top of screen)
This is now set

If you find that you do not have the option of Configure > User Settings under your login you will need to log in to EXACT as a SUPER/ADMIN user and this will give you the option
