Resolutions for common NHS charting issues.
TC message: The patient should only be charged if the COT contains a service with a domicillary visit or sedation band
If you are seeing a message when TC'ing stating: 'The patient should only be charged if the COT contains a service with a domicillary visit or sedation band'.
Either:
- Add one of these treatments to the COT or
- Open the COT Exemptions and untick the referral tick box.
