Setting the Appointment Workflow Arrival Sound
Providers can choose to have an audio file play when a patient is marked as "arrived" as part of the Appointment Workflow.
Go to Configure, User Settings and click Browse. Then navigate through the audio files on your machine select your preferred Arrival sound.
You may want to navigate to C:\Windows\media to look through the available sounds that come with Windows.
Click the save icon at the top of the user settings window when you're done.
