Access our Live Chat support online by clicking the support icon in the lower right of this webpage, or in-software via the Live Chat option at the top of your EXACT system.

Your Details
When using Live Chat, the details of the user logged into the instance of EXACT you are using are passed through our secure system, giving our team your information.
💡 Tip: Let us know if you're using EXACT while logged in as another user; otherwise, your enquiry may be saved against their information and not your own.

EXACT Assist is our AI-powered support assistant. When you open Live Chat, EXACT Assist will greet you and ask how it can help you. Simply type your query to receive guidance or steps to resolve your issue.

Remote Support
When you're chatting with one of our support agents and they advise you to remotely connect them to your computer,
⚠️ Please Note: Only connect to a support team member, when instructed to do so.
- Click the Remote icon at the bottom of the window to launch the Remote Support agent list.
- Select the agent you are chatting with the click Connect.
- Once the connection is complete, our EXACT support team member will be able to access your computer and provide the required assistance.
