To link a card terminal with EXACT it must be in Integration Mode. See instructions below on how to switch to Integration Mode depending on your terminal provider

PaymentSense Terminals

• From the home screen of the card machine, press F4.
• Enter the supervisor password (default is 123456 or 01483) and press ENTER.
• Press F1 to turn Standalone Mode off.
• Cancel out of the menu and the PDQ will restart into the selected mode.

You will also need to turn off network connection methods that are not in use, for example if you use WiFi, ensure that Ethernet, Mobile data and Bluetooth are switched off. To do this: 

• From the home screen, press F3
• Press Control Panel > Terminal Settings > Communication Means
• Switch off any connection method that is not in use, when you are done, restart the terminal.

Dojo Terminals

• Press the menu icon in the top right
• Press 'integrated sale'
• A black screen with the Dojo logo will show on the card terminal, this means the card machine is in the right mode, ready for integration.
