Providers can be set up to use a different set of fees from other providers. This guide shows how you can set a provider their own schedule. You will need to have created the fee schedule first under Configure->Services. See: Create a new fee schedule
To set their fee schedule go to File->Providers
This will bring up the Provider File.
To select a provider click on the Select a Provider button:
Highlight the provider then click Ok.
Highlight the provider and click Ok.
On the right-hand side, it will show the Fee Schedule set for that provider. You can add a fee schedule, edit an effective date of a currently set schedule or remove it.
Click +1 to add a schedule.
Select the Fee Schedule and the Effective Date. The Effective will determine when the fees start taking effect. It will continue to use the previously set fees until that date. Setting this to today's date will make them take effect immediately.
