• Issue resolved NHS England & Wales: Fix for an issue where NHS claims were being rejected due to the patient’s contact number containing whitespace.

• Issue resolved Fix for an issue affecting practices using locations where online payments were failing to show the location info in EXACT.

• Issue resolved NHS Wales: Fix for an issue where incorrect exemption codes were being sent for ortho claims in cases where the patient was 18 years of age at acceptance date but was under 18 at referral date.

• Issue resolved Fix for an issue where iCloud was blocking appointment confirmation emails containing iCal attachments.

• IMPROVEMENT Conversion Health Check: When reviewing staff with issues, clicking on a staff member’s name now opens the user contact window directly and displays a ‘make inactive’ checkbox.

• Issue resolved NHS Wales: Fix for an issue where ortho claims were being rejected due to missing transmission codes.

• Issue resolved Fix for an issue where duplicated automatic appointment follow-up emails were being sent to some patients.

• Issue resolved Fix for an issue where the capitation band audit record would always incorrectly show No band was set up when a patient’s Denplan band was changed.

• COMPLIANCE Updated the CDBS Fee schedule for Australian practices with Medicare Easyclaim.

• Issue resolved Fixed an issue where a user would not receive a CloudAuth token if they were not assigned to a Security Group.

• Issue resolved Fixed a bug where the £ sign was being sent as £ when sent through SMS.

Features

• IMPROVEMENT Added public holidays for each region from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2027.

• IMPROVEMENT Added a warning message when a user requests forms but tries to close the Patient Experience window without sending a portal link.

 

• NHS NHS England & Isle of Man: The 'Denture Additions/Reline/Rebase' dataset category has been split into two categories: 'Denture Addition' & 'Denture Reline/Rebase'.
