Issues Resolved

• Issue resolved Following revised advice from the NHS England, prescriptions can now be sent with banded/unscheduled care claims.

• Issue resolved Fixed an issue where online appointments were showing the booking reason instead of the service code.

• Issue resolved Fixed an issue where the selected doctor was not saving on the medical tab in some cases.

• Issue resolved Fixed an issue where the payor percentage discount was being rounded when it shouldn’t be.

• Issue resolved Fixed an issue where appointment follow ups weren't generating
  for some practices.

Features

• NHS England: Added a blocking warning to the TC window when the same provider is entered as the claiming dentist and the DCP.

• NHS England: Released a new England FP17PR form for Clinipad, which includes new ethnicity categories and UK residency status numbers (1111111111 for non-registered UK resident and 2222222222 for non-UK resident).

• Issue resolved NHS Scotland: Removed a warning that a patient must have 2 lines of address and a post code from the TC window.

• Issue resolved Fix for an issue where patients with an HC3 exemption were being charged for a free replacement exam.

• Issue resolved We fixed an issue where the incorrect online booking confirmation templates were being used for practices using Direct Booking.

• Issue resolved Fix for an issue where new patient communications for online booking were not being sent for practices using Direct Booking.

Features

• IMPROVEMENT A warning will now be displayed when clicking the ‘Send Claim’ button on the TC dialog when the provider is a dental nurse, the patient is over 16 years old and fluoride varnish is not the only band on the COT.

• Issue resolved Fix for an issue where email re-authentication caused the IMAP setting to automatically switch to POP3.

• Issue resolved Fix for an issue where the Patient Portal URL merge field was not populating.

• Issue resolved Fix for an issue affecting practices using locations where online payments were failing to show the location info in EXACT.

• Issue resolved NHS Wales: Fix for an issue where incorrect exemption codes were being sent for ortho claims in cases where the patient was 18 years of age at acceptance date but was under 18 at referral date.

• Issue resolved Fix for an issue where iCloud was blocking appointment confirmation emails containing iCal attachments.

• Issue resolved Fixed an issue where a user would not receive a CloudAuth token if they were not assigned to a Security Group.

• IMPROVEMENT Added public holidays for each region from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2027.

• IMPROVEMENT Added a warning message when a user requests forms but tries to close the Patient Experience window without sending a portal link.

 

• NHS NHS England & Isle of Man: The 'Denture Additions/Reline/Rebase' dataset category has been split into two categories: 'Denture Addition' & 'Denture Reline/Rebase'.
