Tips and Tricks
- The email address saved in your contact details must be unique to each user and cannot be a shared email address.
- The email address used for forgotten passwords is stored in your User profile, you can find this in Configure - User Settings then click Contact Details. These are the same credentials used when using Live Chat.
- Enabling CloudAuth for your User account will enable the Forgotten Password option. You can find this in Configure - User Settings then tick the Cloud Authentication option.
- Administrators can reset any User password, go to Configure - User Settings, select a user at the top of the window then use the password options to reset or configure that users password settings.
- If you are an Administrator or Super User and have forgotten your password, another Admin user can reset your password. If no alternative Admin user is available, please contact the EXACT support team. To reset an Admin user password, an authorisation document will be sent to you to perform a higher-level user password reset.
