Working Feedback Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing issues with Working Feedback not pulling data through, there are some steps to try to troubleshoot the issue.
Resolving Issues with Working Feedback
Server Computer Date/Time
The date and time of your server computer must be accurate as this is how Working Feedback synchronises with your practice.
- Log onto your server computer.
- Check that the date and time are correct; if incorrect,
- Click on the date/time in your Windows taskbar.
- Click Date and time settings.
- Adjust your date and time correctly or enable Set time automatically.
- If you are unable to alter the date/time settings due to them being hidden or managed by your organisation, please contact your IT support alternatively, follow the steps below.
Updating your server date/time via CMD prompt
If your date/time settings due to them being hidden or managed by your organisation, you can work around this issue by using the CMD prompt.
- Click your Windows Start button.
- Type CMD to locate Command Prompt, then Run as administrator.
- Type time.
- Enter the correct time, then press Enter on your keyboard.
Working Feedback Communication Reviews are not Generating
If your server has been switched on for some time longer than when your Working Feedback reviews stopped generating, please restart your server computer at the most appropriate time.
Requirements for Working Feedback
- EXACT 13.846+.
- Emails/SMS set up in EXACT (it will show in EXACT as sent from PARTNER).
- Active Working Feedback subscription in products on Cosmos.
Information on how Working Feedback Works
Working Feedback polls EXACT for completed appointments every 30 minutes and then generates a feedback SMS or email that gets sent through EXACT and will show as being sent from PARTNER.
Working Feedback tends to get error responses back from the EXACT API if there are any firewall issues.
