Some patients may not want to receive feedback surveys, these patients can be opted out of these surveys.

Setting a patients contact preferences

To opt a patient out

1. Open the patients record.
2. Go to the details tab.
3. Click on preferences.
4. The patients current contact permissions will be displayed.
   • For feedback surveys, place a cross in the reputation survey emails option.
   • This will stop them from receiving future feedback survey emails.
   • If it is ticked or unmarked then feedback surveys will still be sent to those patients.
   • Click OK to save your changes.
