Opting Patients out of Feedback Surveys
Some patients may not want to receive feedback surveys; for these patients, you can record their opt-out preference for these surveys.
Setting a Patient's Contact Preferences
- Open the patient's record.
- Go to the Details tab.
- Click on Preferences.
- The patient's current contact permissions will be displayed.
- For feedback surveys (rep.com, Working Feedback), place a cross in the Reputation Survey Emails option.
- This will stop them from receiving future feedback survey emails.
- If it is ticked or unmarked, then feedback surveys will still be sent to those patients.
- Click OK to save your changes.
- For feedback surveys (rep.com, Working Feedback), place a cross in the Reputation Survey Emails option.
