Snoozing Care Manager Opportunities
Care Manager has a snooze functionality, useful for marking patients unavailable until further notice.
Snoozing Opportunities
The Snooze option is useful for when a patient is not available due to other commitments, such a holidays or other long-term situations. The snooze functionality will remove the patient and treatment from view on Care Manager until the selected date has passed.
- Open Care Manager by clicking the Care Manager icon at the top of your system.
- Or via Administration - Care Manager.
- Select an opportunity by clicking on the required row.
- Click the Snooze button at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter a date after which you can contact the patient again.
- Click OK to save.
The open treatment will now have a Snoozed status in the Care Manager Status column.
