Assign opportunities to users in your practice for them to manage and contact an opportunity in Care Manager.
Assigning Opportunities to Users in Care Manager
Opportunities can be assigned to other users, enabling your team to view the opportunities available to them and take action to contact and book appointments.
- Open Care Manager by clicking the Care Manager icon at the top of your system.
- Or via Administration - Care Manager.
- Select an opportunity by clicking on the required row.
- Click the Assign button at the bottom of the screen.
💡 Tip: Select multiple opportunities by pressing and holding the SHIFT key on your keyboard then clicking to select all users between the two clicks or press and hold the CTRL key then click on selected opportunities to choose rows.- Use the drop-down option to assign the patient to the required user.
- Use the drop-down option to assign the patient to the required user.
- The practitioner's name will now appear in the Assigned To column for that open treatment.
💡 Tip: When opportunities are assigned to users, the Care Manager workspace icon will display in red to show the user that they have an opportunity assigned to them. They can then click the drop-down arrow to view all assigned opportunities.
