Reopening Care Manager Opportunities
Care Manager has a reopen functionality to reopen rejected opportunities.
⚠️ Note: This functionality was introduced in June 2025. Upgrade to the latest version to access this new functionality.
Reopen an Opportunity
If a patient has changed their mind or an opportunity has been mistakenly rejected, reopen it with the reopen functionality.
- Open Care Manager by clicking the Care Manager icon at the top of your system.
- Or via Administration - Care Manager.
- Select Filter.
- Tick Rejected to display rejected opportunities along with all other opportunities.
💡 Tip: Untick all other statuses to focus on your rejected opportunities.
- Tick Rejected to display rejected opportunities along with all other opportunities.
- Select an opportunity by clicking on the required row.
- Click the Reopen button at the bottom of the screen.
- The status will now change to Open, ready for you to manage the opportunity as required.
