Care Manager has the option to filter results, useful for viewing opportunities for selected users, payors or statuses.

Filtering Opportunities

Narrow down the number of opportunities on view by using Care Manager's filter functionality.

1. Open Care Manager by clicking the Care Manager icon at the top of your system.
   • Or via Administration - Care Manager.
2. Select Filter button at the bottom of the screen.
   • Each section is split into four sections: Status, Payor, Assigned To and Provider.
   • The Status allows you to select from the options of Open, Booked, Contacted, Rejected, and Snoozed. This option will display any opportunities matching these statuses, defined by your selection.
   • Select the Payor option to select a specific payor and view opportunities for the ticked payor option.
   • Tick the Assigned To option to choose one or more providers.
   • Select the Provider option to display treatment for providers of your choice.
     ⚠️ Note: If you select a main section but not sub-options, no results will be displayed.
