Resolution for the Campaign Plus 'Pause campaign message failed. Please check your internet connect and retry' error.
Campaign Plus Internet Connection Error

- On your server computer.
- Check that your computer has an internet connection and resolve this if not.
- If your server is connected to the internet, open your Server Administrator.
- Stop the Relay (RLY) service.
- Stop the Framework (FW) service.
- Stop the Transport (TRANS) service.
- Once all three services have stopped, start them one by one in the same order.
💡Tip: For the best results, wait for the previous service indicator to turn green before starting the next service. - Once all three services are operational, with green indicators, test Campaign Plus is now functioning.
