Viewing my support ticket history
Every time you contact the EXACT support team, a ticket is created with your query and any notes applicable to your query. These tickets can be viewed by you.
Viewing my Support Ticket History
If you already have an account, visit help.softwareofexcellence.com and log in using the Sign in option in the top right of the website. If you have never logged in before you may need to create an account
Once logged in click your name in the top right and then My Activities. This will show all the tickets logged by you with the Software of Excellence Support team.
To view your all tickets logged by your practice go to My Activities and then click on the Organisation requests tab.
If you wish to be notified of tickets logged please click follow (so that the label says unfollow) next to your practice account name.
Creating an EXACT Support Account
If you have previously used Live Chat, emailed us or provided your email address to our support team then you can create an account using the same email address to be able to view all current and past support tickets you have raised with our support team.
- Visit help.softwareofexcellence.com and click Sign in in the top right corner
- Click Get a password
- Enter the email address you have previously provided to the EXACT support team and click Submit
- An email will be sent to the email address within a few minutes with a password reset link, click the link and create a password for the account
How your email address is used
We love sharing important information with our customers. With your email address, we will:
- Share knowledge directly relating to your support queries
- Share important hardware and software updates/information inc new features and useful tips
- Provide you access to your ticket history (using the above steps)
