The camera will now work in EXAMINE Pro, ensure you check that the buttons on the camera capture an image.
Note: The Acreon C50 button won't capture using the above. For these we need to go to Examine Pro main screen Options - Setup - WDM module in the left - Hotkey Tab - Click in grab box and get the site to push the End key on the keyboard. This should turn the box to #35 if done correctly and will allow then the button on the camera to work. |
Troubleshooting
Sometimes when running this process the camera can cause errors or crash with a message about normal/combined mode failed. This is due to an issue with the configuration.
To clear the issue;
- Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SOE\ExPro\Settings and select ILUser.
- Find the heading for [ilmodWdmStillCap CONFIG].
- Delete everything under it to the next header.
- Save your changes via File - Save.
This will clear the settings and can then run the process again to reconnect the camera.
