Troubleshooting an issue causing an inability to change a recall length manually.
Unable to Adjust the Length of a Patient Recall
If you cannot change the length of a patient recall, this could be because coordinated duties are enabled within your practice.
The issue will present itself by displaying the length of recall in grey text instead of black.
Changing Recall Length with Coordinated Duties Enabled
If you wish to continue using coordinated duties, you must create a new service with the required recall length, then use the new service with the correct recall length.
Disabling Coordinated Duties to Allow Recall Length Adjustment
⚠️Please Note: Discuss this with your practice management before disabling this functionality.
- Go to Configure - Appointment book.
- Untick Coordinated Duties.
