Feature Usage report
The Feature Usage Report gathers data from multiple EXACT features to show how successful the feature and the EXACT users have been at utilising each tool.
Running the Feature Usage Report
- Go to Administration - Reports.
- Double-click the Feature Usage Report.
- The report can be run within a date range.
- Click Print to print the report, alternatively Preview will allow you to see the information on screen and Email to email it as an attachment. The Export option will create a CSV file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel.
The report has individual lines for each feature with values on the right, identifying the relevant information such as is a feature enabled, the total number of times a feature was used within the selected date range.
