Patient List Report
A report-based option to find patients within your system, with the ability to produce a PDF or printout of the results.
Report of Patients
This report version of the patient list feature utilises the patient list feature to filter the report results. The main difference between the patient list report and the patient list is the ability to print, email, or produce a PDF of the results.
Access the Patient List Report
- Go to Administration - Reports.
- Or click the Reports icon in your workspace at the top of EXACT.
- Double-click the Patient List Report to access your report configuration options.
Configuring a Patient List Report
- Sort Patients By allows you to set the sorting order for the report; you can choose to include inactive or not with a tick box option.
- Select Patients provides you the ability to use a Patient List to define which patients should be displayed on the report.
- Provider(s) filters the report to display patients assigned to one or more providers.
- Additional options include selecting the Number of Copies required, the Printer to be used and options to Print, Preview, Email or Export the report.
