The contact consent form can be completely disabled to remove the request for patients to complete marketing permissions consent (GDPR consent).

It is strongly recommended you discuss this with your Data Protection Officer (DPO) prior to disabling this due to future implications that may occur.

Stopping all future requests for contact consent from patients

1. Go to configure - settings (this area is protected by your practice security settings).
2. Search for the setting patret.cfg.collect marketing permissions.
   • Double-click the setting option.
   • Change the value from 1 to 0 to disable the feature.
   • Click OK to confirm your changes.
