Reporting on Complex Care Pathways using the UDAs in Progress Report

The UDAs in Progress report will show all open Complex Care Pathway COTs and when they should be claimed. 

Complex Care Pathway COTs must be claimed on an even, monthly basis. Providers will need to run this report monthly to ensure they TC necessary Complex Care Pathway COTs regardless of whether the patient attends that month or not.

If the NHS does not receive a claim within 3 months, they will close the Complex Care Pathway, marking it as incomplete and it will not be able to be reopened.

When running the UDAs in Progress Report, a separate section for 'Complex Care Pathways Due' can be found, providing a breakdown of Complex Care Pathways COTs.
