Sending Previously Undelivered Emails
Emailing patients' emails that failed to be delivered and have moved to the sent tab.
Resending Failed Emails
💡Tip: Double-click an email to open the details and check that all the details are correct before attempting to send the email again, and confirm the email address is spelt correctly to reduce future admin work.
- Go to File - Email.
- Select the Sent tab
- Click on the email in question.
- Select multiple emails by pressing and holding the Control (CTRL) button on your keyboard and clicking on any emails you wish to reset.
- Or press and hold the Shift (SHIFT) button on your keyboard and click on the first and last email to select a wider range of emails.
- Or use the Select All option to highlight all communications in your outbox.
- Take note of the emails by taking a screenshot of the selected emails.
💡Tip: Press the Windows logo key + Shift (SHIFT) + S keyboard buttons to open your screenshot software.
- Click the bin icon button to delete the emails.
- Select the Deleted tab.
- Select the emails you previously deleted.
- Click the Move option.
- Select the Outbox using the dropdown menu on the Move Email to Folder prompt.
- Click OK.
- Select the Outbox using the dropdown menu on the Move Email to Folder prompt.
- The selected emails will now be moved to your outbox and resent.
💡Tip: Refer to your screenshot to ensure you resend all of the emails you moved to the deleted tab.
