Adding KPI Targets to MPC Custom Dashboards
Learn how to add your KPI targets to the MPC Custom Dashboards.
You can set targets in most Features which enables you to build your desired outcomes into your personalised dashboard and monitor practice progress.
How to add KPI targets to the Custom Dashboards
- Clicking into the Actual Vs Target box under the featured tile.
- Click the blue here to take you to the KPI targets page.
- Click the User Permissions button in green
- Under Assign Permissions to user (users can have multiple permissions) choose the user account from the dropdown.
- Under Available Permissions choose the option shown on the dropdown that states Manage KPI Targets Edit User - Can Add/Edit KPI targets and KPI values.
- Click Submit to save the permissions you have set.
- Click the + Add New KPI Target button in blue.
- The Add New KPI Target screen will appear on screen.
- Choose the feature report you wish to set the targets for under KPI Name dropdown.
- Next choose from Applies to Level dropdown, do you want the target to be for group, practice or provider level?
- Input your business targets into the KPI Target Value box.
- You can set amber value targets by clicking on the Amber Value box. This will monitor if your practice has just missed out on the KPI target.
- Lastly, input the Effective Date From by clicking on the calendar icon.
- Your KPI targets will now be saved onto MPC Custom Dashboards and appear.
- You can change your target values at any time by clicking View/Edit button in blue.
- To remove the targets completely, click the Archive button in yellow.
Target display
Once you have inputted your KPI target values as outlined above, under the feature report you will see the below indicator. This easily highlights whether your practice is meeting a target or not.
If you click on the numbers in the Actual Vs Target box you can drill down into the data to see what you actually achieved Vs target, % variance.
Tips and Tricks
- You can only assign User Permissions if you have admin rights to MPC.
