Viewing and Refreshing Patient Lists
Existing Patient List Searches will appear on the main screen when you open Patient Lists. You can view any existing list or refresh a list to update the results.
Viewing an Existing Patient List
- Go to Administration - Patient Lists - View Saved Lists.
- Select the list you wish to view, then click Open List.
- Or double-click the list to open it.
💡Tip: Lists marked as completed will not appear without the Show Completed option selected. Tick the box at the bottom left of Patient Lists to show all completed lists.
Refreshing a Patient List
💡 Tip: Refresh an existing list to update the patients on the list, ensuring the list is up to date.
- Go to Administration - Patient Lists - View Saved Lists.
- Select the list you wish to view, then select Refresh List at the top of the window.
- Confirm that you wish to refresh the list, making any alterations, if required, then select Finish.
- Enter a New List Name to differentiate the new list from the existing list, then select Create List.
- The results will be displayed with the list available from the main window.
Information About a Patient List
When a Patient List search has been performed, the list is saved to the main Patient List window. You can view more information without performing the search again.
- With Patient Lists open, locate the list you wish to examine further.
- Right-click or highlight the row in question.
- Select More Information from the drop-down menu or click the i in the lower right.
- This will open the Information window, which will display the following information,
- The Date and Time the list was run.
- The list Name, you can also edit the name by typing in the name field.
- The total number of Patients Found.
- Appointment booking option, including the ability to alter this setting.
- A list of all the conditions added to the search is shown next to Search Used.
