Troubleshooting if an exported Patient List is unreadable in Microsoft Excel.

Unreadable Exported Patient List

1. Open the exported spreadsheet.
2. Select the columns to be split.
   • This is usually the first column.
3. Click Data at the top of Excel.
4. Click Text to Columns.
5. Select Delimited, then click Next.
6. Select the delimiters for your data, then click Next.
   • These are normally commas.
7. Click Finish to complete the process.
8. Your data should now be organised by column.
