You can create a list of your lapsed patients using a suggested search available in patient lists.

List of Lapsed Patients

1. Go to Administration - Patient Lists - Create New List.
2. With the Suggested Searches tab selected, locate Lapsed Patients.
   • A payor or region-specific option may also be available.
3. Select the list, then click Find Patients.
   • Set your filter criteria.
   • When complete, click Finish.
   • Add an appropriate list name.
   • Click Create list.
4. Your list will now appear on screen.

💡 Tip: A report for lapsed patients is also available for practices in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
