Importing and exporting Patient List searches

Once you have created a list of patients using Patient lists (contact lists) you have the ability to export the results. Exported lists contain a larger amount of patient information than the list displays in EXACT and can be a great way to view and compare data using a spreadsheet program such as Excel.

Importing Patient List searches

Patient List Searches can be imported into EXACT via Comma-Separated Variable (.csv) files.
  1. Navigate to Configure - Patient Query Templates.
  2. Select Import.
  3. Select the file (.csv) to be imported then Open.
  4. This will subsequently be added into your list of searches.

Exporting Patient List searches

  1. Navigate to Configure - Patient Query Templates.
  2. Select Export.

  3. When prompted, select a location to save the Search, specifying a filename for the Search.

    The File name defaults to QUERYTEMPLATE.CSV but can be overwritten with another name.

  4. Click the Save button.
