Please Note: You may be required to email Cert.Info@hse.ie with the number of computers you wish to be able to validate the Medical Cards on.
You will be supplied with the relevant Certificates and instructions on how to install them.

If seeing a "Failed to Validate Card" error in the patients recalls tab check the card number via https://www.sspcrs.ie/portal/checker/pub/check.
If it errors connecting to the website or checking that specific number then this will likely be an issue with the web lookup website, not EXACT.
