Troubleshooting Medical Card Issues
Troubleshooting steps when experiencing issues with Medical Cards for HSE in Ireland.
Failed to Validate Medical Card
Issues with HSE Medical Cards in EXACT will often present themselves with a Failed to validate card error prompt. The first step to resolve this is to check the card number on the HSE Scheme Check Portal.

If you cannot connect to this website or checking the specific Medical Card number, the issue is likely with the lookup system itself, not EXACT.
