To ensure you are charging your Ministry of Health patients correctly, your MOH will need updating every time the MOH publishes new fees.

⚠️Note: You must be using EXACT 13.904 or above for the latest fees. You can check this by going to

⚠️ Note: The download MUST be performed on or after 9th September 2025.

💡Tip: EXACT 13.904 and above will automatically download and update your fees on 9th September 2025, however, the 'as at date' is set to 1st July 2025.

This will be displayed alongside the Fee Schedule button under:

1. File - Payors then select OHSA.
   • If your fee schedule date is not 01/07/2025, follow the steps below to download the latest MOH fees.
     

Downloading MOH Fees

1. Navigate to File - Payors then select OHSA.
2. Click Fee Schedule.
3. Click Download Fees.
4. Once the process is complete, your fees will be up to date.
   • If the date does not update, please close your payors windows then follow step 1 above to check again.
   • If this still does not update, please manually download and import the fees (a copy is attached to this article or you can follow the article).

Claiming for Treatment Plans as Non-Complete

You do not need to claim Treatment Plans as non-complete before a fee update.

EXACT (from 13.871) calculates the fee by date of completion for SDS, OHSA, and OHSA Ex. Circ. treatments.
