You can reverse a fee update for any reason using these steps.

Reversing a fee update

After creating a fee update, you can reverse the change.

1. Go to Configure - Services/Stock Items - View Services.
2. Select Fee Updates.
3. You will be prompted to select an option.
   • Select Increase or decrease your fees by a given %.
   • Click OK.
4. You will now be prompted by the Percentage Fee Adjust window.
   • Select Undo the last fee change you made, this is only to be used if a mistake has previously been made.
   • Click OK.
