SOE Connect is an online portal connecting various elements in EXACT to external sources such as Payment Sense, Prior Approvals for Scotland and more.
To connect your users to this functionality, each user needs to be registered with SOE Connect via the Register Online option in their User Settings. This option will only appear if SOE Connect functionality is enabled for your practice, you are not already registered and you can only register the user signed in.
Before continuing to register a user, ensure you have the relevant registration code.
You will have been sent two codes for SOE Connect, shown in the format below. If you have misplaced your codes please contact the support helpdesk.

|Note: The practice manager or principal dentist will be required to provide a signed letter before we can provide your practice admin code, as this code provides the user full access to EXACT.|
Each user that registers for SOE Connect is required to use a unique email address and the password needs to be AT LEAST eight characters long and contain one non-alphanumeric character.
Registering a user for SOE Connect
- Navigate to Configure - User Settings and locate the Register Online option.
- Once this option has been selected the following registration window will appear.
Once registered, please close EXACT and sign in again for the changes to take effect.
SOE Connect registered users will have access to a Forgot Password? option on the log in screen. Select this option to open a Henry Schein website to reset the users password, the email assigned to the user profile must be entered to proceed with this step.
