Medical notes can be edited to be hidden from the Medical History tooltip.

Editing Medical Notes to be Hidden

⚠️ Note: A complete audit trail of Medical Notes must be accessible; therefore, you cannot delete Medical Notes.

💡Tip: All iterations of a Medical Note (full history) can be viewed via the Show Audit option in the Medical tab.

1. Open the patient record and the medical note.
2. Click the edit (e|d) button.
3. Replace the Notes comments with either a dash "-" or the word "ERASED", then press enter on your keyboard.
4. Click OK.
   
5. The note will now be hidden in the Medical History Tooltip, but will be visible in the Medical tab.
   

   • All of its historical iterations will be visible in the Medical tab when you check (tick) the Show Audit checkbox.
