NHS Courses will automatically adjust the UDA value to 1.20 once any charted service contains an NHS band of "Urgent".

Service codes can be set up with a band of "Urgent" to be used for Urgent/Emergency treatment to save manually adjusting the services each time. "Occ" (Occasional) codes may already exist in your system for use on Urgent COT's. 

To add an Urgent band to an existing service
1. Go to File, Payors, Select the NHS payor and then Fee Schedule. (Admin/Super User permissions may be required to access this option depending on your security setup)
2. Double click on the service/s required and change the banding to "Urgent". When this service is then used on an NHS COT the UDA value will change to 1.20 UDA's.

You can also manually adjust the NHS banding on a patients course of treatment by double-clicking a service and changing the band from the top right drop-down box.
