Medical History is not Appearing on Clinipad Devices
Troubleshooting an issue where medical history forms do not appear on Clinipad tablets.
Medical Histories not Displaying on Tablet
⚠️Please Note: Changing your Medical History form will affect all patients, please read the Patient Medical History on Clinipad help article for further information.
This issue is often caused by the medical history template that is currently configured. To resolve this, the medical history template must be set to use a fixed template.
- Go to the patient's Medical tab.
- Click on the black spanner in the bottom right corner.
- Update your Medical History Configuration to use Fixed Medical History.
